Navigating the Teen Years: a Parent Support Group

Parenting a teenager can be both deeply rewarding and incredibly challenging. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply unsure how to best support your teen during these transitional years, you’re not alone. This small, in-person support group is designed to give parents of teens a place to connect, share, and grow alongside others navigating similar experiences.
In a warm, non-judgmental space, we’ll explore topics like:
Communication struggles and how to reconnect with your teen
Managing anxiety—your teen’s and your own
Setting healthy, respectful boundaries
Letting go of guilt and comparison
Finding confidence in your parenting approach
This group is open to any parent of a teenager—you do not need to be a current therapy client to join. This is not a therapy group and insurance will not cover participation. It is designed to provide support, tools, and validation in a small-group setting.
