Teen Tides Weekly Workshop
Session Topic: Healthy Relationships
For Teens Ages 13–17

Does your teen struggle with setting boundaries, recognizing red flags, or maintaining healthy friendships and dating relationships? This Teen Tides workshop focuses on building awareness, respect, and balance in all types of relationships.

Through interactive activities and group discussion, participants will explore the qualities of healthy vs. unhealthy relationships, practice communication and boundary-setting skills, and reflect on what respect and trust look like in their lives. Led by an experienced therapist who specializes in teen mental health, this group provides a safe, judgment-free space to learn and connect.

Date & Time: Wednesday, July 30, 2025, from 6:00–7:30 PM
Location: 838 Walker Rd, Ste 22-3, Dover, DE 19904
Cost: $30 per teen (includes light refreshments and materials)
Group Size: Limited to 6 participants
Registration: Pre-registration and payment are required. No refunds. A brief screening call is also required prior to participation.
Note: This is a skills-based support group and not considered therapy. Insurance does not cover group fees.
