I might be a good fit if…

✅ You’re moving through grief — whether it’s recent or years old — and you’re ready to give it real space.

✅ You’re living with anxiety that has become your baseline and you’re tired of your own brain.

✅ You’re carrying a depression that has made life feel flat, distant, or just harder than it should be.

✅ You feel lost or disconnected from yourself and you want to find your way back.

✅ You’re an adult 18+ in Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, or South Carolina — or in the Dover, DE area for in-person sessions.

✅ You want a therapist who is warm but real — someone who will actually engage with you, not just nod along.

✅ You’re ready to do the work. Not perfectly — but honestly and consistently.

❌ You’re currently in crisis or need a higher level of care. I’ll help you find the right support.

❌ I might not accept your insurance.

❌ You’re located outside my licensed states and not in the Dover, DE area.

❌ You’re looking for a quick fix. Real change takes time and real commitment.

❌ You need services I don’t currently offer — couples therapy, children’s therapy, or medication management.
